SMS Terms of Service
Program name: ASU Los Diablos Portal Notifications.
Program description: ASU Los Diablos sends recurring informational text messages to participants in its scholarship and mentorship program, including event reminders, program deadline notices, and program updates. You opt in by providing your mobile phone number on your profile in the scholar portal at portal.asulosdiablos.org. Consent is not a condition of participating in the program, and we do not send marketing messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP in reply to any message from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, enter your mobile number on your portal profile as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@asulosdiablos.org.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with the program calendar. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Use of the Portal
Portal accounts are issued to participants on the program roster. Your account is for your use only; do not share your password or sign in on behalf of another person. Information in the portal may be used only to administer the program.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the details, biography, and photograph you provide. By providing them, you grant the chapter permission to use them to administer the program, including program publications and ceremonies. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The chapter may modify or discontinue the portal as the program requires.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, and the effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
