Text Message Program

Program name: ASU Los Diablos Portal Notifications.

What it sends: recurring informational text messages for the people in our program: event reminders, deadline and program requirement notices, and program updates for the chapter's scholars, mentors, and board members.

How you join: you opt in by providing your mobile number when you complete your profile on the scholar portal at portal.asulosdiablos.org. We do not send marketing messages, and we do not message people who are not in the program.

Message frequency varies by the program calendar, typically a few messages in the week around an event and fewer otherwise.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send you nothing further. For help, text HELP or email admin@asulosdiablos.org.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Portal

Portal accounts are issued to the people on the chapter roster. Your account is yours alone: do not share your password or sign in for someone else. The information in the portal is there to run the program and is not to be copied or used for anything else.

Your Content

The details, bio, and photo you provide stay yours. By providing them you let the chapter use them to run the program, including the program book and the Stole Ceremony. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

No Warranty

The portal is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. The chapter may change or take down the portal as the program requires.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and the current version always lives at this address.
